You need:

  • 0.5 l oat or almond milk
  • 1/2 can of coconut milk
  • 1/2 organic lemon with zest
  • 3 dates without stone
  • 3 teaspoons Matchatto Pure

Recipe:

Mix everything in the smoothie machine at the highest level to a fine liquid - done. If the smoothie is too thick, top up with water - drink and enjoy.
