We recommend not pouring the tea hotter than 60-80 degrees .

Put about 1 level teaspoon of Matchatto in a glass or bowl. Then pour some water on it and stir. Only then fill up the glass or bowl, done.

During longer drinking breaks, you can always stir briefly so that the leaf powder is evenly distributed. The "dregs" should not be thrown away.

You can drink the matchatto in different strengths. A little less and it tastes sweeter or stronger like an espresso.

The level teaspoon is only a medium recommendation. In any case, the powder is very economical.

If you want to prepare it a little more "professionally", we also have a matcha whisk in our range. This allows the tea to be stirred very well in a tea bowl.
