1. ELIGIBILITY
These conditions of participation regulate the participation in all competitions on the Facebook page www.facebook.com/Matchatto and Instagram profile www.instagram.com/matchatto/ by Yuneiko GmbH (limited liability) and their implementation, unless explicit reference is made to separate conditions of participation .
Participation in the sweepstakes is free.
All persons who have reached the age of 18 at the time of participation are eligible to participate. Legal representatives and employees of Yuneiko UG (limited liability) and their relatives are excluded from participation.

3. PROCESS
The exact period of participation, the type of participation and opportunity to win, and the details of the prize are described in detail under the relevant competition post on social media.
4. NOTIFICATION AND DETERMINATION OF WINNER
The winner will be determined at random. Cash payment of the prize is not possible. The winners will be notified (by direct message) no later than one week after the end of the competition. The winners must then confirm their participation within 48 hours via private message to the Matchatto brand of Yuneiko GmbH (indicating their full name, home address and telephone number). If the address data is not transmitted within seven days after the end of the competition, the prize will be forfeited. The announcement of the winner is made without guarantee. Multiple participations will not be used to determine the winner.
5. DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES

7. LIABILITY
